Dylan Myerson is President of BSB Leasing, where he runs the day to day and sets the company's direction. He came to BSB nearly a decade ago with a seminary degree and no background in equipment finance, and his dad told him no. Twice. So Dylan rebuilt BSB's website, then took on the company's newly migrated Salesforce system, which no one at BSB knew how to run. Keeping it running became his first job. From there he took on marketing, learned the business deal by deal, and over the years ran more and more of it. He expanded what BSB gives brokers beyond funding: back-office support from submission to funding, mentorship through the Learn-to-Earn program, and market insight through The Leasing Briefing. He also built the tools, automation, and data the team works with every day. Under his leadership, BSB's team approved 47% more deals through September 2026 than in the same period of 2025.
